Skin care routines - You should follow your skin type and concerns with specific products recommendation
Morning- All about protecting the skin from the sun and other pollution.
Step 1) Splash face with warm water, if you must use a Cleanser -
On a dump face/neck (skin) gently cleanse the skin with a circular upward motion, for two minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water.
Step 2) Toner - Gentle refresh the skin without stripping it of its natural moisture.
On a dump, two cotton pads, or straight in the palm of your hand spray(6 spry in total), apply in a pat/ roll motion (make sure not to absorb all the toner into the skin, as the Toner helps with the absorption of the following product's).
Step 3) Serum - Recommended antioxidant serum which has variety of benefits like inflammatory response to damage from UVR and environmental pollution.
Apply (as instructed on bottle 3-6) drops.
Step 4) Eye cream - Improve and prevent some fine lines and loss of collagen. Use rice size portions on your ring fingers ( as this is the most delicate skin in our body) in upwards circles around the bone surrounding the eye so cream won't irritate the eyes.
Step 5) Day cream - Hydrate the skin and help to create a protection layer against the harsh outside conditions including any infections. Use a pea size amount with upward motions. Start by the chin and move towards the forehead and finish with the neck.
Step 6) Sunscreen - to block the harmful UVR preventing burning and premature ageing. Use a peas size amount with up words storks, starting at the chin going towards the forehead. Make sure to reapply as suggested on the bottle. Keep in mind that moisturizer with sun screens in it, you will still need to reapply sunscreen within an hour.
Night - All about replenishing what naturally the skin repairs itself and can use some extra assistance.
Step 1) Eye / lips makeup remover - On a dump cotton pad put the make up remover and gently remove from eye and lip areas. repeat until no make left on cottons.
