Himalayan bath salt is rich in a variety of essential minerals, including magnesium, potassium, bromide, and calcium, which may be absorbed through the skin during a soothing bath.

 



Add 125 to 250g of Alexander Himalayan bath salt to a bath tub then fill the bath with warm water. Make sure the water temperature is around body temperature - 38C for maximum benefit. For a mineral treatment soak for around 15 minutes or soak 30 minutes for a full body detox. Add a Moor Spa Aromablance blend to enhance the therapeutic benefits of the bath.
